I no longer run a massive list of links here. I decided that most of those links were to lame porn sites that I never go to anyway. From now on I'm only going to link to sites that I actually visit on a fairly regular basis. Whether these sites are actually good, of if they're just friends sites that I've been guilted into linking to is beside the point.

If you think you run a fairly good site and you think I might like it, let me know. The worst that could happen is you deeply offend me in some way, I hunt you down and slaughter your family ... but after I've vented my rage I might calm down and link to you. It's a win-win situation.

Regardless of how many sites I'm going to link, there are still some rules.

Static Links

1. We call it link swapping because there's some sort of a trade happening. If you write to me and ask for a static link I had better find a link to my site when I go to check your shit out. Of course there exceptions to this rule. There are some sites that I dont expect a link back from, purely because of the kinds of sites they are, however, chances are if you're asking me for a link, you dont run one of those sites.
   


2. If your site has popup ads or any other sort of in your face advertising I'm very likely to laugh at you when you ask for a trade. No one likes popup ads, and I dont want to send my visitors to a site thats going to piss them off.
   


3. As I said, I only link to sites that I visit rather frequently. This means that if you don't update I'm going to know about it. I dont want to keep links to sites that haven't updated for months. Again, there are exceptions. If your site is one that doesnt require regular updating, and is still worthy of a frequent visit, I'll more than likely link you.

Plugs

1. During posts I'll plug some sites that I like, but more often than not they're one off sites. If you want a quick plug let me know because I'll plug almost anything. Sometimes I plug sites for a month then decide to add them to my static links, so dont be afraid to ask.
